Lesson for the day:
Trust is not a right, it’s a privilege. There’s a HUGE difference when you give someone the benefit of the doubt (especially in new relationships) and trust.. Trust must be earned.. The easier trust is given, the easier it is to shatter.. If you are the type to where your heart on your sleeve like I do, always remember the simple rule of separation. Give easily the benefit of the doubt. When that person proves they deserve your trust, you may reward them closer to your better judgement. Otherwise, always stay on your toes, but allow yourself to enjoy the growth that comes within the relationship. Don’t put up a wall or challenge someone to feel inferior to your acceptance. Trust is a complicated, sensitive process… Respect it. Most importantly, know your worth and never for a second sacrifice that.. Do not be unfair to others, but never sacrifice what you ultimately deserve. Trust is the blocks of stability.. If you are finding it difficult to be earned by your partner, than you must walk away and observe the lesson that is being taught.. It all starts within yourself..
