Narrated Ibn Abbas (radi Allahu anhu)

“There are two blessings which many people lose:
health and free time for doing good.”

An important lesson from the Quran.
Allah the Exalted says,
“O you who believe:
let not some men deride others who might well be better than them;
and let not some women ridicule others who might well be better than they.
Do not belittle one another or insult one another with nicknames.” [Al-Quran 49:11]
The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said:
“The dearest parts on the face of the earth near Allah are its mosques,
and the most hated parts near Allah are its markets.” [Sahih Muslim]
“For every Durood Shareef that you recite, ten sins are forgiven, ten good deeds are entered into your sheet of actions and ten position are upgraded.” [Bukhari]
The Prophet (SAW) said:
“The first thing
which will be judged among a persons deeds on the Day of Resurrection is
the prayer. If that is in good order, he will pass the test and
prosper, and if that is defective, he will fail the test and be a
loser.” (Tirmidhi)
